Listing AI provides discounts to agents from larger brokerages that have met certain elegibility criteria.

If you are a member of any of the following brokerages, you are elegible for a discount on Listing AI. Simply follow the instructions on the respective page to get your discount:
How to get your brokerage listed
If we observe usage of our platform by people in your brokerage that meets or exceeds the elegibility criteria we will automatically add your brokerage to the program.
Sometimes we miss things, if you would like to get your brokerage listed in the platinum customer program, please contact us at hello@listingai.co stating your interest in the program, someone will reply within 5 business days.
The following elegibility criteria must be met for us to consider adding your brokerage to the program:
- Your brokerage must have at least 100 agents globally
- Your brokerage must have a website
- Your brokerage must issue email addresses to all of your agents
- A minimum of 20 agents must sign up for Listing AI within the first 30 days of the program
