Since it's such a popular feature, going to the next level and providing the imagery was an obvious next step, and we're pleased to announce that we've done just that.
Why social media posts and stories?
Real estate agents and brokers are always looking for ways to stand out from the competition and engage with their audience. Social media is a great way to do this, and it's a platform that many agents and brokers use to promote their listings and services.
How much does it cost?
This feature is included in all Listing AI subscriptions, so there's no extra cost to use it. Simply log in to your account, create a new social media post or story, and you'll see the option to add an image.
How to get started
Creating a social media post or story with an image is easy. Simply follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Listing AI account
If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up for free here.
2. Select the social media post or story option
Once you're logged in, click on the 'Create' button and select the 'Social Media Post' or 'Social Media Story' option on the next screen.
3. Add your listing details
Enter the details of the listing you want to promote, such as the address, price, and key features. Depending on the 'theme' you select, our AI will include relevant information in the generated overlay text.
4. Upload at least 1 image
Click on the 'Upload' button to add an image from your computer or phone. Obviously since we're generating an image of your listing you'll want to upload a photo of the property you're promoting.
5. Select your sharing preferences and click "Generate"
Optionally provide your consent for us to help promote your listing (this is a service we offer to all subscribers for free), and provide an instagram or Facebook page for us to tag in the post. Finally, click on the 'Generate' button to create your social media post or story. You can then copy the text and image to use on your social media accounts.
6. Share your post or story
Once you've generated your social media post or story, you can share it on your social media accounts to promote your listing and engage with your audience. To achieve this click 'Download' or 'Email' and we'll send a copy of the post to your inbox. From here you can share it on your social media accounts just like you would any other image and text.
7. You're done, watch the likes roll in!

Making changes to the AI generation
Adding your logo and name
If you want to add your own branding to the image, you can do so by clicking on the 'Edit' button and selecting 'Branding'. This will launch a new menu with options to add your logo and name to the image.
Changing the text
If you're not happy with the image that's generated, you can refine it by clicking on the 'Edit' button and select 'Text'. This will launch a new menu with options to change the image, the overlay text, add your own custom branding and more.
Styling themes
Custom themes allow you to create a unique look for your social media post or story. You can choose from a range of pre-build themes under 'Edit' and 'Themes', we provide include different fonts, colors, and layouts to suit your brand and style.
